1Delete Through Your Account Settings

The simplest way to delete your data is directly from your profile:

1. Log in to your account at www.3d-maghribi.com
2. Navigate to your Profile Settings page
3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your decision — your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 48 hours

2Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access your account or prefer to submit a manual request, send an email to our Data Protection team:

Please include the email address associated with your account in your message so we can process your request promptly.

3What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Account profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Profile picture and uploaded images
• Authentication credentials and session data
• Order history and purchase records
• Reviews and ratings you have submitted
• Saved preferences and settings

4What Is Retained

Certain information may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes:

• Financial records: Transaction logs may be retained for tax and accounting compliance as required by applicable law.
• Anonymized data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you personally may be retained for analytics.

5Processing Time
